His expertise extends to casino marketing, player development, and promotional campaigns, consistently exceeding multimillion-dollar revenue and RevPAR goals.
Carl is also the former owner of his own consulting firm, CJP Gaming, where he worked with casino operators to expand market reach and enhance guest experiences.
